Joshua Kaeding

Joshua Kaeding is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at RVO Health since January 2024, Joshua previously held roles as Lead User Researcher and Senior User Researcher at Limbix, and has also worked as a UX Instructor at Prime Digital Academy. Prior positions include Senior Product Research Consultant and Visibility Researcher and Analyst at Optum, UX Researcher at Bind On-Demand Health Insurance, and Senior User Experience Researcher at 3M. Joshua's career began as a UX Designer at Avionte Staffing Software. Educational credentials include a User Experience Design Certification from Prime Digital Academy, an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Normandale Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
