Brian Sharples

Brian Sharples serves as the Chairman of the Board at GoDaddy since 2016 and holds multiple board positions, including Member of the Board of Directors at Ally, RVShare, Yelp, and Avalara, among others. Previously, Sharples was the Chairman at Twyla Inc. and Fexy and served as the Member of the Board of Directors at RetailMeNot, Inc. and HomeAway, where Sharples co-founded the company and held roles as Chairman and CEO from 2004 to 2017. Sharples holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Math from Colby College and has furthered education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
