Jim Waters

Jim Waters is an accomplished senior director with extensive experience in operations and client solutions management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Solutions at RXO, Inc. since May 2019, Jim leads a team that manages strategic client relationships for the Last Mile Division, overseeing significant revenue and business integration within the XPO Network. Prior to this role, Jim held various leadership positions at XPO, including Vice President of Operations, where oversight included a vast nationwide installation network and a substantial operational budget. Jim's career also includes significant roles at The Home Depot, Exel Logistics, and military service as a Major in the United States Marine Corps. Jim graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 1992.
