Pat Ryan

Pat Ryan is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various industries, particularly in technology and education. Currently serving as a Board Member at Ryan Specialty since January 2024, Pat is also the founder and CEO of CoPilot, an AI-Assisted shopping app, and Incisent Labs, a startup studio focused on innovative technologies. With a strong background in education, Pat founded the Accelerate Institute to develop school leaders and established successful initiatives like Alain Locke Charter School. Previous roles include Board Member at Penske Corporation, Co-Founder and Chairman of Chicago Ventures, and founder of MAX Digital and FirstLook, both recognized for their significant growth and innovation in the automotive sector. Pat holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
