Miranda Barnes

Miranda Barnes is an experienced professional in the fields of psychology and organizational development, currently serving as the Group Learning and Development Manager at Ryman Healthcare since April 2021. Prior to this role, Miranda worked at YSC from January 2008 to April 2021, holding various positions as a Managing Consultant, specializing in senior-level assessment, development, and coaching. Earlier experience includes positions as a Psychologist (Associate) at People Max and Davidson Trahaire Corpsych, as well as a Senior HR Consultant/Account Manager at Davidson Trahaire Corpsych. Miranda's career began as a Psychologist with the RNZAF, focusing on industrial and organizational psychology, including assessment and leadership development. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Applied Psychology (Hons) from the University of Canterbury and a BA in Psychology from the University of Otago.
