Christa Dijkstra

Christa Dijkstra is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager HR at 's Heeren Loo since March 2022, Christa previously held significant roles at ING, including Global Young Talent Manager for the International Talent Programme and Senior Consultant for Strategic Workforce Management. Christa's career at ING also encompassed various project and change management positions, particularly in Operations & IT and Workforce Services, where responsibilities included HR transition management and organizational redesign. Prior to that, Christa took a sabbatical in Australia and worked in various HR functions at Abilis International. Christa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Algemene Hogeschool Amsterdam and has pursued further education at SIOO and Regina Coeli.
