Allison Purnell-Sullivan is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Sustainability Manager at SA Power Networks since April 2009. In this role, Allison leads initiatives aimed at enabling a transition to a distributed energy future, aligning with the goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2030. Previous roles include Environment and Sustainability Manager and Environmental Sustainability Project Officer, where Allison managed environmental programs and provided sustainability guidance within the organization. Prior to SA Power Networks, experience includes serving as Senior Program Officer and Program Manager at the NSW Department of Energy, Utilities and Sustainability, with expertise in program management, stakeholder relationships, and energy efficiency. Allison holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Classical Studies from the University of Adelaide.
