Killian Swift

Killian Swift is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development, marketing, and sales within the defense and security sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of Region Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan at Saab, Killian has successfully driven growth strategies, achieved record order intake, and managed operations through challenging environments, including the Covid-19 pandemic. Previous roles include Deputy Head of Region MEA and Deputy Managing Director at Saab Middle East LLC, where skills in performance management, budget oversight, and stakeholder relations were effectively demonstrated. Killian's career began as an Industrial Process Control Engineer, progressing through various technical and managerial roles at Thales Advanced Engineering and Saab Grintek Defence. Killian holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Stellenbosch University, an MBA from the University of South Africa, and management training from Saab Academy.
