Mohammed Alakil

Mohammed Alakil serves as the Sr. Manager of ESG Data Management and Automation at SABIC, focusing on monetization and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Previously, Mohammed held the position of Head of Corporate Piloting at the Value Balancing Alliance and has been actively involved with the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) as both Chairman and Vice Chairman of the GPCA Youth Council. Additional roles include serving as the Saudi Arabian Delegate for UNFCCC and as an International Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Energy. Mohammed is pursuing advanced studies in Environmental Sustainability at Maastricht University, having previously earned a Master of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
