Jay Hancock is an experienced professional with a strong background in managed services and digital transformation. Currently serving as COE - Managed Service and Support Principle at Sabio since January 2022, Jay previously co-founded and directed Evology, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through digital solutions. Jay's extensive career includes roles at Maintel as Director of Sales Operations and Head of Presales, and at Connect Managed Services, where responsibilities spanned sales and presales management, professional services oversight, and operations management. Jay began a career in technology as a Service Design Manager at Nortel Networks and held a junior network administration position at Huntsman Corporation. Jay holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
