Rika Pinto

Rika Pinto currently serves as Regulation Manager at SABON since July 2021. Previously, Rika held the position of Vice President of Research and Development at BIOTOP PROFESSIONAL, where responsibilities included managing product development and quality control, as well as preparing products for the Japanese market. Rika also spent several years at Moroccanoil as Vice President, Chief Science Officer, and Quality Assurance, overseeing product testing, regulatory compliance, and interdepartmental support. Early career roles included consulting in cosmetic formulation and quality assurance, development of cosmetic patches at Power Paper, and analytical chemistry at Rafa Laboratories and CTS Ltd. Rika holds a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
