Joshua Pulford Burgos

Joshua Pulford Burgos is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Onboarding at SADIE AI since September 2024. With extensive experience in customer success and onboarding roles, Joshua has also been a live content producer and video editor at Sportscast Australia since June 2023. Previously, Joshua held leadership positions at Glofox, where responsibilities included managing onboarding processes for APAC clients, and at Reebelo as Customer Success Lead, focusing on developing customer support strategies.
