Daniel Salgado Vaquerizo

Daniel Salgado Vaquerizo is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Property Manager for the Extresol Solar Complex, overseeing a 150 MW solar thermal facility with a substantial investment exceeding one billion euros. With a career spanning over a decade in various managerial roles at Saeta Yield and COBRA Energía, Daniel has expertise in emergency planning, budget management, contract administration, and team leadership. Previous roles include overseeing business development for a 120 MW wind farm in Brazil, as well as managing chemical and environmental departments for several solar thermal plants. Daniel holds a degree in Biological Sciences and a Master’s in Microbiology from the University of Extremadura and the University of Burgundy, France.
