Dana Codispoti

Dana Codispoti joined the board in 2023. She is a cutting edge, global HR Executive with 20+ years of experience across multiple industries and geographies. Dana most recently served as Transformation Lead and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for HR at AIG. Prior to AIG she held senior level positions at BNY Mellon, Morgan Stanley and PwC, both domestic and abroad. Dana earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Lehigh University and an MBA at the University of Georgia.
