Xavier Massol

Xavier Massol is an experienced engineer in the field of testing and configuration management, currently working at Safran as an Ingénieur Gestion de Configuration Moyen d'Essai since August 2023. Prior to this, Xavier gained valuable experience at LR Technologies, focusing on testing and qualification for Safran Power Unit from April 2019 to July 2023, and earlier roles included conducting tests and managing engineering teams at Ratier Figeac. Xavier also held the position of Chef de projets R&D at Prysmian Group from March 2016 to March 2018, where project management and product development for the aeronautics sector were key responsibilities. Additionally, various internships in research and quality control have been undertaken, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and operational aspects of engineering. Xavier's academic background includes studying at Polytech Marseille and Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, culminating in a DUT in Mesures-Physiques.
