Boudreault has a deep understanding of Canadian and international climate policy and has helped organizations with carbon footprinting, minimizing the costs of carbon pricing regulations, accessing carbon financing, and communicating climate strategies to stakeholders. Felix is also well-versed in environmental and energy policy intelligence and has provided issue-based briefing products, economic and financial analysis, and advice on business and organizational strategy to help organizations adapt to a shifting policy landscape. In addition, Boudreault has experience in sustainability benchmarking and reporting and can help organizations assess their environmental sustainability performance against sector and global best practices.

Boudreault received their MBA from HEC Montréal, their masters in Executive Development Program from Ivey Business School at Western University, their M.Eng in Civil Engineering from McGill University, and their B.Eng in Structural Engineering and Construction Engineering from École de technologie supérieure.
