John R Brophy

John R Brophy has extensive experience in the technology and power solutions sectors, beginning with a role as Accounting Manager at Rylander Clay & Opitz from 1983 to 1987, followed by Executive Vice President at JBRO Batteries, Inc. until its sale in 1998. From 2000 to 2015, John R Brophy served as Managing Principal at J.R. Brophy & Associates, a firm focused on enterprise wireless and telecom products. Subsequent to this, John R Brophy was the Owner, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of Technical Power Systems, specializing in rechargeable power solutions, from 2003 to 2019. Currently, John R Brophy is a proud new member of Sager Electronics, having held positions as Senior Buyer Planner and Supply Chain Director for the Battery Solutions Center since 2019. John R Brophy earned a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University’s M.J. Neeley School of Business in 1979.
