Saravanan Alias Sathish is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and account delivery management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Sagility since January 2022, Saravanan previously held the role of Deputy General Manager at HGS HEALTHCARE, LLC from August 2017 to January 2022, focusing on process improvements through RPA and managing multiple portfolios in U.S. healthcare processes. Prior to that, Saravanan was a Senior Manager at Firstsource from November 2011 to July 2017, emphasizing operations management and service delivery with a strong focus on P&L management. Saravanan began the career at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions as Deputy Manager from December 2003 to November 2011, concentrating on healthcare operations and business continuity.
