Robert Schmidt

Robert Schmidt, PE, currently serves as the Structure Department Manager at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. since October 2022. Previously, Robert held the position of Project Manager at HDR from February 2013 to October 2022, and prior to that, served as a Senior Project Engineer - Structures at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. from September 2005 to February 2013. Robert's career began as a Project Engineer at TRC Companies, Inc. from February 1998 to September 2005, and earlier as a Structures Drafter/Bridge Inspector at Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA (now WSP USA) from February 1996 to February 1998. Robert Schmidt earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an Associate's degree in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from Triangle Tech.
