Earl Stuller

Earl "Dean" Stuller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and program management, currently serving as Chief Engineer at SAIC since May 2021. Prior to this role, Stuller held positions such as Director of Solutions Architecture at Telesis and Director of IT Operations at Technica Corporation, where expertise in delivering IT support and managing cloud solutions was demonstrated. Stuller’s career includes significant responsibilities at the United States Air Force, where strategic financial management and compliance were key focuses. Additionally, Stuller has held leadership positions at the Defense Information Systems Agency, overseeing critical communications and operational management for national military and civilian leaders. Stuller also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at Alamo Colleges and holds an M.B.A. from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree from Saint Leo University.
