Nichole Kramer

Nichole Kramer has extensive experience in configuration management, logistics, and program development within various sectors including defense and education. Serving as Configuration Manager and Assistant Configuration Manager at SAIC since October 2015, Nichole has led Configuration Control Board reviews, facilitated communication between teams, and managed change requests. Previous roles include Configuration Management Lead at Fathom4 and GRSi, where Nichole implemented processes and coordinated change management activities. With a background in program management from the Virginia Military Institute Alumni Association and experience as a Marine Corps Officer, Nichole has demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills in managing substantial budgets and optimizing procurement. Nichole holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the Virginia Military Institute.
