Tricia Ratliff

Tricia Ratliff is an accomplished professional specializing in innovation and agile methodologies, currently serving as the Innovation Dojo Lead at SAIC since June 2020 and authoring "Innovation as a Collaborative Game." Tricia's experience includes membership in Mindshare, Inc., participation as an IDEO U Design Thinking Alumni Coach, and advisory roles at Reach-a-human. Previous roles include Chief Innovation Officer at Scaled Markets and Agile Arts, as well as Head Coach in the Office of CIO at Freddie Mac, leading teams in Agile and DevOps initiatives. Tricia's career began as the founder of 2Findaplace, achieving significant growth in the housing sector, followed by a role at CC Pace where Tricia directed a learning institute and implemented cost-saving educational initiatives. Tricia holds a degree in Computer Science from George Mason University.
