Zachary Olds

Zachary Olds is a seasoned UI/UX Developer currently employed at SAIC since March 2024, with additional experience as a Software Engineer at Mentor Spaces since May 2022. Previously, Zachary served as a Software Developer at Ford Motor Company from June 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included modernizing systems and optimizing micro-services. Zachary began a career in technology after completing a Fellowship at General Assembly in June 2021, during which web applications were designed using various programming languages. Prior to entering the tech field, Zachary held geology-related roles, including Geologist at Terra Guidance and Environmental Risk Analysis, and an Environmental Scientist position at EnviroServices & Training Center. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Fellowship from General Assembly.
