Bhaskar Poddar

Bhaskar Poddar is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and control in civil engineering, holding a B Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Currently serving as QA/QC Manager at Saif Al Harasi Group of Companies since February 2024, Poddar is involved in the Oman Cultural Complex project, notable for hosting significant public buildings. Previously, Poddar held the position of Manager Quality Assurance at Oman Shapoorji Company LLC, and served as Sr. QA/QC Engineer for the construction of Musanah Air Base Phase 2C. Additional experience includes roles as QA/QC Inspector at Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, overseeing the Muscat Expressway project, and as QC Engineer at Aarvee Associates, managing highway construction projects in India. Poddar is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and an IRCA QMS Lead Auditor.
