Bernard Tam

Bernard Tam has extensive experience in sales, strategic programs, and identity governance, currently serving as a Strategic Value Advisor at SailPoint since April 2014, where responsibilities include leading the North Asia region's Sales & Channel business and serving as APAC Lead Evangelist. Prior to SailPoint, Bernard held several key roles at Verizon from 2007 to 2014, including Regional Manager of Verizon Terremark for North Asia, where the focus was on security and cloud IT solutions. Previous positions also include Sales Director at Cybertrust, where strategic partnerships in identity and risk management services were managed, and a Regional Security Analyst at TruSecure, specializing in risk management services for Fortune companies. Bernard began a career in consulting at Ernst & Young, contributing to security management for Fortune 100 clients. Educationally, Bernard holds a Master of Engineering in Information Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science & Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
