Jennifer Mitchell

Jennifer Mitchell has extensive experience in product management and technical training, currently serving as a Product Manager at SailPoint since December 2011. In this role, Jennifer has led the technical direction of training content, developed curriculum for both on-prem and SaaS solutions, and delivered training to various stakeholders. Previous positions at SailPoint included Senior Lead Technical Writer/Trainer, where Jennifer authored technical white papers and enhanced training materials, as well as managerial roles in education services. Prior to SailPoint, Jennifer owned Wheatless Wonders, a wholesale gluten-free baking company, and worked as a Technical Writer for the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, documenting business processes. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
