Beverley Sullivan is an experienced design leader currently serving as Head of Experience Design – Principles, Standards & Operations at Sainsbury's since January 2017. In this role, Beverley has been instrumental in integrating Design Ops and leading the development of Sainsbury's Luna Design System, which includes guiding the creation of accessible digital experiences across various platforms. Prior to Sainsbury's, Beverley held the position of Senior Brand Identity Manager at Age UK, overseeing a significant brand refresh and the implementation of a digital asset management system. Earlier career experiences include serving as Creative Director at Precedent, where Beverley managed design teams and delivered innovative communication solutions, and as Exhibition Designer at RSPB. Beverley holds a BA (Hons) in Typography & Graphic Communication from the University of Reading.
