Carolyn Katz

Carolyn is Executive Chairman of Author and Company, a publisher, marketer and retailer of eBooks. She was previously a principal at Providence Equity Partners and a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. Carolyn has served on the boards of several public companies and non-profit organizations, most notably SurvivorCorps, an NGO which helps landmine and other survivors in post-conflict situations around the world. Carolyn graduated from Princeton University, where she earned a B.A. in Classical Languages. She has served on the Board since 2013.
