He is the founder and CEO of Alloy Development and has worked as an architect and real estate professional in New York City for over twenty-five years. Jared also serves as Vice Chair of the Van Alen Institute, a nonprofit that helps create equitable cities through inclusive design, and sits on the boards of the Architecture League of New York, the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, and the MetroTech BID. A member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Jared has taught at Columbia University, Syracuse University, Washington University, Parsons School of Constructed Environments and Lehigh University. Jared holds a B.A. from Lehigh University and Master’s degrees in both Architecture and Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis. Jared joined the Saint Ann’s board in 2022.
