Michael Stark

Michael Stark serves as the Circulation Supervisor at Saint Anselm College since December 2024, while simultaneously holding the position of Chief of Police at the Allenstown Police Department since October 2007, where responsibilities include supervision, internal affairs, budget development, and CALEA Accreditation management. Additionally, Michael serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Nashua Community College and has extensive experience as a crisis negotiator with the Central NH Special Operations Unit. Former roles include Emergency Driver for the Nationwide Organ Recovery Transport Alliance, Interim Town Administrator for the Town of Allenstown, Investigator for the NH State Fire Marshal's Office, and Police Officer in Concord, New Hampshire. Michael holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire-Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
