Chintan Naik

Chintan Naik is a seasoned Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Currently serving at Saint-Gobain North America since May 2023, Chintan previously held multiple roles at Amazon, including Reliability Engineer and Reliability Maintenance Engineering Program Manager II, from November 2020 to May 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Saint-Gobain, Advanced Technology Services, and Molycorp, where Chintan focused on continuous improvement, vibration analysis, and root cause analysis to optimize equipment effectiveness. Chintan holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
