Juliette Perez Saint-Gobain Pam Canalisation

Juliette PEREZ is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Responsable RH for the Foug and Toul factories at Saint-Gobain PAM Canalisation since January 2020. Overseeing a workforce of 335 at the Foug site and 50 at the Toul site, Juliette manages a human resources team of six and is a member of the executive committee (CODIR). Prior to this role, Juliette held the position of Responsable RH Adjointe, managing 650 employees and leading the Employment-Training cell at another Saint-Gobain site. Juliette played a key role in recruitment and internal communications and acted as the lead for interim staffing and training initiatives. With a background that includes roles at Saint-Gobain Eurocoustic and GEODIS, Juliette holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from IAE Metz School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Business Law from Université de Lorraine. Additionally, Juliette is recognized as a brand ambassador for Saint-Gobain on social media platforms.
