Laura Nielsen Rechtfertig is an experienced professional in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System. Previously, Laura held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at easyvet and was the Director of Talent Acquisition for General Practice Veterinarians at Thrive Pet Healthcare.
