Rajakumar Dattappa

Rajakumar Dattappa is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in detail engineering activities focused on the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Chemical sectors. Currently serving as the Piping Materials Group Head and Deputy Chief Engineer at Saipem since April 2011, Rajakumar has led piping materials roles on complex projects such as ONGC I-M,N,T,W, Ras Gas WHP 10 & 11, and Aramco Wasit Gas FEED. Prior to Saipem, Rajakumar held positions as Lead Piping Engineer at McDermott International Inc. and Senior Piping Engineer at Dar Al Riyadh Group, Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, and L&T Valdel. Rajakumar earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. BDT College of Engineering, Mysore University, in 1991.
