Raul Cândido

Raul Cândido is a highly experienced professional in the offshore and subsea industry, currently serving as a Shift Supervisor and 2nd Assistant Superintendent at Saipem since November 2024. Previously, Raul held various positions at OceanPact Serviços Marítimos, including Shift Supervisor and Sr ROV Operations Analyst, where responsibilities included executing complex subsea operations and managing ROV systems. Throughout a career that began with an internship at Petrobras in 2013, Raul advanced through key roles at Oceaneering, Oceânica, Sistac, and Bureau Veritas Brasil, specializing in subsea installation, inspection, and maintenance operations, and gaining proficiency with various underwater equipment and software. Raul holds a postgraduate degree in Subsea Engineering, a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and a technical certification in Industrial Mechanics.
