Sahar Al Muhtaseb, SPHRi™, is the Founder and CEO of Neptune Careers since May 2022, specializing in innovative recruitment strategies and customer-centric services. In addition to leading Neptune Careers, Sahar is a Co-Founder of Sakura Jordan, aiming to produce global organic cosmetics and medical products. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager and CHRO in fintech companies, where Sahar developed HR strategies and policies to support business objectives amid challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional HR expertise was gained at ArabiaWeather Inc. and Samsung Electronics, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and internal communications. Sahar holds a Bachelor's degree in English for Specific Purposes from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
