Maher Marta

Maher Marta, PHR, CIPD, currently serves as the Head of HR for Jeddah Hub at SAL Saudi Logistics Services since November 2019, with a robust background in human resources management. Prior roles include Head of Executive Affairs at Saudi Arabian Airlines and Head of Human Resources & Administration at Binzagr Coro Ltd. Maher has extensive experience in HR operations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement, demonstrated while managing various HR initiatives for over 750 associates in previous positions. Educational qualifications include an advanced strategic human resource management degree from CIPD and a PHR in human resources, alongside an associate degree in electrical engineering.
