Sydney Roesch

Sydney Roesch is a dedicated Learning and Development Manager currently employed at Salamander Hotels & Resorts since July 2022, following a short tenure in the same role at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Prior experience includes six years at Kendra Scott, where Sydney held various management positions, including Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and played a key role in multiple store openings. Earlier experience includes roles at Langford Market as a Retail Sales Associate and at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa as a Recreation Attendant. Sydney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Social Sciences with a concentration in Sociology and Communication Sciences from Penn State University, as well as an Associate's degree in Sociology with a minor in Marketing from Northern Virginia Community College. Sydney completed secondary education with an Advanced Diploma from Falls Church High School.
