Marcia Latta

Marcia Latta is an experienced CTE Instructor with Salem-Keizer Public Schools since January 2022 and the Owner of Marcia Latta Communications since January 2004, specializing in public relations, media relations, and communication strategy. As a Bond Election Consultant, Marcia has provided campaign consulting for over 35 school districts and municipalities. Marcia serves as the Editor for the On Call Communications Service for Education at the Washington State School Directors' Association and has previously held roles including CTE Teacher/College and Career Coordinator at Multnomah Education Service District, Communications Director at Greater Albany Public Schools, and Communications Manager at McMinnville School District 40. Additional experience includes roles in governmental relations and lobbying for the Women's Rights Coalition and United Way of the Columbia-Willamette. Marcia holds a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Oregon, a Master of Education in Career Technical Education from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor's degree in English/French from Willamette University.
