Ray Bonis

Ray Bonis is a Global Revenue Operations Leader with extensive experience in building and leading high-performing Revenue Operations teams. Currently serving as Vice President of Transformation & Strategy at LAM Technology, Ray has held significant roles at various companies, including Partner at Performance Consulting and Management Group and Head of Revenue Operations at Thryv. Previous positions include Director of Sales Center of Excellence at Interstate Batteries and Global Sales Effectiveness Manager at CommScope. Ray has a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, revenue growth, and reducing customer acquisition costs, evidenced by a successful track record in various sales and operations leadership roles. Ray is an alumnus of Troy University and is currently engaged with Stagen Leadership Academy.
