Arnold Donald

Arnold Donald has served as a Director since March 2023. Mr. Donald most recently served as President and CEO of Carnival Corporation & plc, the world’s largest cruise company, from 2013 to 2022, before transitioning to the role of Vice Chair through November 2022. Mr. Donald currently serves on the board of directors of Bank of America Corporation and is Chair of the World Travel and Tourism Council. Within the past five years, Mr. Donald also served on the board of directors of Crown Holdings, Inc. Mr. Donald received his B.A. in economics from Carleton College, B.S. in mechanical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
