Ashok Bathini

Ashok Bathini is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as Principal Member of Technical Staff and Director of Engineering at Salesforce since October 2021, Ashok focuses on building a Generative AI and Machine Learning platform that optimizes model serving. Previous roles include significant contributions at Microsoft, where efforts focused on scaling search in One Drive Sharepoint, and at Amazon, where Ashok operated large distributed systems in Supply Chain Optimization Technology. Ashok's career also encompasses leadership roles at Target, Personagraph, Adap.tv, bwin, and Oracle, highlighting a strong background in building scalable software solutions and leading engineering teams. Ashok holds a B.E. in Computer Science from the University College of Engineering, Osmania University.
