Bhavya Agrawal is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce since December 2024. Prior to this role, Bhavya worked at Harness from June 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a Global Account and Authentication Service, optimizing application memory usage by 50%, and developing a comprehensive GitOps framework that improved user experience and integrated Azure support. Bhavya also gained experience as an intern at Uber in 2020, focusing on the development of an NLP-based Chat API. Bhavya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) and previously studied Computer Science at the Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
