Currently serving as RVP - Portfolio Leader for Financial Services at Salesforce, Canice has spearheaded initiatives such as the Generative AI Task Force and formulated comprehensive digital transformation strategies that have notably improved customer satisfaction and reduced operational costs for major insurance clients. Prior to Salesforce, Canice held leadership roles at Signify Lab and RocketSpace, focusing on product innovation and technology acceleration.
