Joanne John

Joanne John is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner management and technology leadership. Currently serving as the EMEA Regional Lead for Partner Change Management at Salesforce, Joanne focuses on strategic partner revenue growth and transformational initiatives. As a Global Women In Technology Council Member at WomenTech Network, Joanne supports the empowerment of women in the tech industry. Joanne is also the Founder of Manager Toolkit, launched in 2023, which aids high-achieving women in tech to balance their careers and family life. Previous roles at Salesforce include Global Director of Partner Success and Director of Strategic Initiatives, where Joanne led global teams to enhance partner ecosystems and drive customer success. Joanne's career began at Colt Technology Services and Citigroup, where Joanne developed expertise in incident management and technical support. Academic qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Creativity, Innovation and Leadership from University College Dublin and a BA with honours in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool.
