Lakshmi Lavanya is an experienced recruitment professional with a background in human resources spanning over eight years. Currently serving as an Employee Recruiter at Salesforce since August 2017, Lakshmi has also held the position of Senior Recruitment Coordinator and previously worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at Salesforce. Prior to this, Lakshmi served as an HR Executive at Wipro Technologies, handling onboarding, exit formalities, recruitment, payroll, and general HR responsibilities.
