Shahbaz Nasimi

Shahbaz Nasimi has extensive experience in customer success and Salesforce solution consulting, currently serving as a Customer Success Architect and Technical Product Owner at Salesforce since March 2017. In previous roles at Salesforce, responsibilities included managing a book of business worth approximately 5 million USD and leading customer engagements to enhance product value and adoption for over 100 high-touch customers. Shahbaz also held positions as a Senior Support Engineer, where technical issue resolution and collaboration with R&D teams were key responsibilities. Prior to Salesforce, Shahbaz worked as a Salesforce Administrator at HCL Technologies and as an Associate Engineer at Damco Solutions Pvt Ltd and HCL Infosystems Ltd. Shahbaz holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Ambedkar Polytechnic, alongside recognition as a Trailhead Ranger by Salesforce.
