Ralph Lovelidge

Ralph Lovelidge currently serves as the Coordinator of HR and Title IX Coordinator for Salisbury Township School District since 2023. Previously, Ralph held the position of Middle School Principal at Lindley Academy Charter from 2018 to 2023, where notable achievements included overseeing diversity initiatives and leading the school to significant improvements in student performance. Ralph's experience also includes roles as Executive Director of Secondary Education and Director of Educational Operations in the Allentown School District, focusing on strategic planning and union negotiations.
