Rebecca A. Glenister is a freelance textbook and journal editor. He had also consistently volunteered with organizations within the district for the past 16 years, including serving as the current president of the Salisbury Education Foundation and of the Salisbury chapter of the Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education.
