Janaki Akella

Janaki Akella is an accomplished independent director and executive with extensive experience in business operations, digital transformation, and strategic consulting. Currently serving on the boards of Fractal, Sallie Mae, averQ, Inc., and Southern Company, Janaki provides oversight in critical areas such as physical and cyber security, climate change policies, and CEO selection.
